Works well for ultraviolet light for reptiles, just replace the black light!
I bought this mainly to use as a UV light for my reptile so I have never tried black light. It matches the lamps I buy for the reptile UV lamp and it works great. Zoo Med or Zilla are expensive. It is durable and well made. I am super satisfied and will buy again. I recommend this to others who have the same problem.
