Review on Turquoise Panasonic RP-HJE125-Z Wired Earphones by Jiang Anson (Jiang J ᠌

Product satisfying the quality of the product, good price.

After listening to the more expensive Sennheiser HD449 headphones, I was inspired to create this review. If you can believe it, the Panasonics are far superior to the Senkhs in every way. Panasonic's earbuds produce a sound that is surprisingly luxurious for their budget, with no "left" noise and the best bass (which does not distort or rattle at any frequency). Only at the highest frequencies is there any hint of an imbalance in the frequency response else everything is in perfect order. Their impressive volume is an additional strength. The headphones fit snugly and comfortably in the ears; wearing them all day will cause no discomfort. In addition, they remain in place when the wire is jerked, not flying off the head (by the way, the wire has already withstood more than one sharp jerk). In general, I think these headphones appear like a great choice, not just because of the low price but also because of the extra money you may save by not having to buy something else. I definitely recommend it because of how great it sounds and how simple it is to use. In-ear monitors that pair with a laptop at home and a cell phone on the go (walking, running, cycling). After using them for a couple of years, I will add to my review to say that the headphones have held up well and produced fantastic sound. My gushing praise for the sound was unwarranted, as it turned out to be relatively poor. In fact, they're great if you're just starting off, but you'll soon realize that more advanced models are required to truly capture everything the game has to offer. These are not perfect, but they are far superior to the Senhs and are an incredible value.

Pros
  • Impressive sound quality given the price of these headphones.
Cons
  • The only thing that hurt was how their pointed gray edges rubbed against the ear shell at initially. This feeling went away after about a week, probably because the ears adjusted to it. I can't think of a single drawback at this point.
