I bought this halter for my wife because I thought the pattern would look good on her pretty beading. The pattern and its colors against his black cloak would have made an excellent impression. However, either because of the way they cut the fabric or the nature of the fabric, it wasn't nearly as nice as the pictures show. The halter we received had almost no checkered pattern, and what we saw in the pattern made it sloppy and, frankly, just plain weird. It was like a kindergarten child trying to draw a checkered pattern on a narrow strip of paper. Of course we brought it back.
