Worn and washed once but was well received. Ballet pink is definitely a peachy shade, but once you put it on you can see a very pretty peachy color that looks amazing with a black leotard and skirt - a very classic ballet look that looks great in my opinion. , a little more "grown up" and different than the typical pale pink gummy bears that most other little girls wear. The peachy pink tones also pair PERFECTLY with her bloch flats resulting in a lovely long leg line! If you're trying to match other pinks, you might be better off with the theater pink that other reviewers mention. Slze M (8-10) is great for my petite 8 year old with little room to grow so I would say if you are unsure go up a size! I like cape waist tights a bit more because they seem more comfortable, but my girls have not complained at all about the stiffer/thicker waistband of these tights.
