My daughter is 4 and we wanted to start reading before preschool. We are currently "Stay at Home" and I didn't want to leave her unprepared this fall. They find it easy to follow the books and introduce new sounds to each one. Universal tiles are a great tool that require some extra brain work. My only minor complaint would be that the books are very fragile so I don't know how well they will hold up. Hopefully, though, she'll continue to develop her reading skills and won't take that long!
