Severe reaction on my baby's skin.

The product has a fairly strong fragrance for a natural product. I used it on my baby once and his skin reaction was so bad I thought he was having a seizure or something before I opened his diaper and saw a really noticeable rash. Whatever is on these wipes is definitely NOT for sensitive skin.
