I think it's important that people wait and use the product for a while before writing a review as some products may seem great but lose value quickly. this razor: it worked very well the first 2-3 times, then it became less effective until finally it started falling apart. I had it not long ago. I received it mid January (2020) and although I had it I used it about 5-6 times. At first he shaved well and had no trouble with it; It worked like a charm and I was very happy. After about the third use it started fading and pulling on my hair without cutting it. Stains that only needed to be gone through once took multiple times to shave the hair off. And my hair is neither thick nor coarse. I started to be afraid to shave my private parts and armpits because it pulled my hair a lot and it was painful. It even started scratching my skin and soon I was caring for sensitive areas more than a regular razor, but it was specifically designed for those areas; so it wasn't very good. It also didn't cut hair very well in areas with relatively smooth surfaces. The last time I used it was last week. While I was shaving, the wands fell off. I checked it out and it looked pretty cheap and looked like it was only attached to the case with cheap glue (crappy glue). I am so disappointed. I had so many hopes for this product and it really let me down. I have a $15 Norelco razor that I've had for four years that works a lot better than this one: better made, still sharp, and with a better battery. It's 4 times more expensive than this one. At least it can be as good as a $15 Norelco razor! I cannot recommend this product to anyone. Good reviews, probably from people who used it once and then wrote a review. But I don't think anyone buys this as a disposable product.
