I ordered a size 11T for my 4.5 year old and they fit a bit. So if you're not sure which size is right, order one size up. It's nice to find shoes without laces as they are good for preschoolers who haven't yet learned how to tie their laces. Fits well and my son said they are comfortable after a full day of hiking. I checked his feet after 4 hours of wear and there were no stains or red spots where the shoes were unevenly pressing on his feet. Easy to wash with some soap and water and then air dry. They are comparable to other well known brands as the materials appear very similar and good value given its age no tie and comfortable shoes is more important than the brand name.
