This product is very easy to use. Before I bought this product I didn't even know what a safety razor was, I've used disposable razors my whole life. I will never return. This safety razor is truly amazing, well made and looks like it will stand the test of time. I would highly recommend this product and if my safety razor fails me in the future I will definitely be purchasing this product again. I have to say the customer service for this product was amazing as a first safety razor. A while ago they emailed me and asked if I had any questions. I didn't ask them any questions because prior to this purchase I had searched the internet for guides on how to shave with a safety razor and most were helpful. Excellent customer service and I look forward to purchasing this product again.
