I bought this sunscreen because it was said to be great for sensitive skin and doesn't leave a white cast like my other physical sunscreen. First, let me say that I'm pretty pale. I'm like 3 in most funds. This sunscreen definitely leaves a pale tint on my skin. Maybe it's not white but some sort of pale cold pink? Either way, keep that in mind if you're hoping for a perfect match for your skin tone. However, it's a lot less sticky than my previous white sunscreen and its formula isn't as thick and sticky. I add some bronzer to warm it up and make it less pink/pale. When I first applied this sunscreen, I went camping and found my skin was burning and itchy. I got a little sweaty. Something in the formula irritates my skin slightly. I have rosacea, pink - no pimples. On that first day, I definitely felt like a rosacea flare-up was beginning. I've been wearing it since and haven't felt any itching or redness, but I'm cautious. I think it might have been a combination of sunscreen combined with sweat and sun exposure that was making me itchy and burning. But isn't that the point of sunscreen? Wear outside in the sun? So. I don't know. Another thing to add is that you need to stir the lotion vigorously before opening the tube. every time Otherwise you just end up in chaos. For me that means shaking it a lot and then massaging the tube to try to mix it. Pains. My other sunscreen is the same so I think it's ok. I'm still looking for a holy grail physical sunscreen that doesn't irritate the rosacea on my face. I've started using foundation as a sunscreen and so far this is the best solution. It's the right color, it's SPF 20, and it uses pigments for sun protection, so I guess it's a physical sunscreen? It just doesn't last as long in the sweaty sun or work when you go in the water. I will not buy this product again. The fund works better and it's expensive!
