The support team is really helpful when they respond within minutes to all questions I have for them on their forums as well as having multiple phone number options (website or technical) to reach out too which works great! It's difficult to find something that isn't working like it should be with other managed services but there are no issues so far. Hosting our ecommerce site has been super easy and reliable using WPEngine and we're loving how simple everything runs via Automattic. The customer support is very good and always there when you need them. I like that they have a lot of resources available for those who need help with their WordPress site. Sometimes it's hard to find what you're looking for in the knowledge base or forums. There are also times when I'm working on my site and realize that there is something I could do better myself. That can be frustrating! It's great to know that someone else is managing all of the technical aspects of your site.
