The fact that you can see all of their comments in one place - it's easy for me as an admin to look at them all together without having to go back and forth between different tabs or windows. Sometimes when I'm working with my team there are times where we want to respond quickly but don't know exactly what our next step should be (i.e., what do we need to change/add so that we're ready?). So this feature really helps us find those answers! There isn't anything that I dislike using this software. It has been very helpful for my entire staff since its launch last year. We've had many new people join over the past few months who have no idea how to use social media sites like Facebook which makes it difficult to get their input from time to time.
