Review on πŸ”’ Carbon Minimalist Credit Wallet with RFID Blocking Technology by Gabriel Rosenberg

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Suitable as a slim wallet for everyday use

So I've been using it as my daily wallet for about two weeks now. It works pretty well and holds the 10 or so cards I have pretty solidly. Sometimes it's difficult to get the exact card I'm looking for without bringing a few others, but I guess that's common with thin/stack wallets. Both the elastic straps that hold the cards and the clip that holds the bills are pretty tight and haven't flexed yet. The only downside I've found is that a bill folded just once is still wider than the wallet itself (see image). This is due to the very thin construction and the fact that a credit card is even smaller than a folded banknote. This makes it necessary to fold the bills twice to fit snugly in the clip. Not a big deal, but makes working with the money clip a bit more difficult. I don't usually trade cash unless I can avoid it, so I don't really care. Overall I would say this is a well made product and a great price.

Pros
  • Large capacity. The carbon fiber wallet holds up to 15 cards and 10 bills with a metal money clip. Even when fully loaded, it remains slim and fits comfortably in any pocket.
Cons
  • too stupid
