Just bought these for my 16 year old Vesti. The small size works great and has been good so far. He struggles with weakness in his hips and hind legs. Hardwood floors were cruel to him, too. Benny is now about 18 years old and they help his mobility and mood. He is very excited after we put them on. We don't leave them on 24/7 to give our feet time to breathe. Now we usually just put them on the front legs, so it's practically front-wheel drive! I even washed them in the washing machine. The only thing I have is that over time they get perforated by nails and lose friction and the floor becomes slippery. But wear and tear is to be expected. Sometimes I put a small piece of tape on the bottom. Overall I still like this product. Just be sure to go 2 sizes down if you want them to stay tight.
