I like how easy it was to set up my employees' biweekly paychecks without me having to do any work at all! It's very user friendly which makes setting everything up quick and simple for both myself as well as anyone else who uses this software. The only thing about iipay not being great are their customer service reps. They tend to be extremely unhelpful when you call or email support unless they know exactly what your issue is. If you have no idea then there isn't much hope of getting anywhere because you're going to get treated differently depending if someone knows English speaking country names better over another language spoken area. This helped eliminate manual calculations from our payroll process allowing us time saved and money earned every week we run reports each payday.
