I did not ask for a replacement. Sent the first one back as it didn't fit my Beat headset. Returns are made through Whole Foods in Providence, RI. The second was received today and left on the stairs which is usually fine. However, it was raining and the package was soaked. (Maybe it wasn't raining then?) I would have liked the driver to stand between the storm doors and the regular door. Many Thanks. I've never had any problems before. Things are always brought on time and left on the stairs.
