I recently bought two of these for our 5 and 6 year old daughters. Our sun doesn't set until late at night, and even with blackout curtains in the room, plenty of sunlight comes in and keeps you awake. Once the kids started using them, there was a noticeable difference in how quickly they fell asleep at night. Our 5 year old took a while to get used to the sleep mask but our 6 year old has no complaints and wears it every night. I love that the straps are adjustable and the extra padding under the eyes seems to block the light well. My only complaint though is that I wish the mask was a bit bigger as I have a feeling the kids are about to outgrow it. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a baby sleep mask at first, but it was worth it.
