In fact, it was broken right out of the box
The sound quality of this device is mediocre at best. The instructions don't even apply to this model that came with the soundbar. But worst of all, the remote broke right out of the box and the plastic piece on top that houses the power button fell off. This device is very cheap. I only gave two stars because it reproduces the sound as it should, but again the sound quality isn't the best. *** To update. The company has good customer service. They contacted me about the remote and sent me a new one for free. Raise the stars to 3 because they did. Once I have the remote and am sure it works I will upgrade it to 4 stars. Few companies care so much about their customers these days.
