The instruction to adjust the length by removing the strap, cutting it and reinserting the strap into the buckle is misleading. The buckle diagram shows a completely different clasp than the one I received. I'm an engineer but it took me 10 minutes with a magnifying glass to figure out how to open the clasp to skin the buckle. Once I found a hidden slot to open it, it worked fine. I was able to cut and reinstall the skin fairly easily. By the way, it's quite funny to read some of the manufacturer's literature that came in a box that suffers in translation from Chinese to English. Other than that, it seems like a good belt at a good price.
