I love them for adult braces.
I just got my adult braces. And although I have a Water Pik that does the job just fine, you still have to use regular floss with braces. One end of the floss makes it easy to thread the floss through the wires to brush your teeth. The middle is for flossing around the braces and the opposite end is for cleaning between teeth. i love this thread.
