The photos I have attached show a new replacement TOMSIN racquet at the top and a used racquet at the bottom and the only difference is wear and tear. If you look closely, the stick on the bottom is an OEM stick and the rubber on the top has wear as expected, but that's the only difference. I'm not even sure if they aren't really OEM. Since they're used by both PlayStation and Xbox, I'm willing to bet there's a generic vendor not owned by either company, so the term "OEM" can't be used. Another good reason to change them from time to time is that I didn't realize how much the rubber wears down and it really affects your aim. The included kit has everything you need to replace and saves about $50. The controller is falling apart as if it should be fixed, so even non-mechanics like me can do it. Just be careful as the crowbar is very sharp and can rip a piece of skin off your finger in a hurry (ask me how I know). So be careful and make sure you don't loosen the screws and you will be fine.
