Review on πŸ“± Xiaomi Mi Band 6: 1.56" Full Touch Screen Fitness Tracker with Heart Rate, Blood Oxygen, and Waterproof Design - Black by Angel Cortez

Reliable and inexpensive fitness bracelet.

I'm in a wheelchair. I bought this bracelet to track calories burned when tossing and turning in a chair for a long time and to track my sleep. The bracelet itself is small and light. It's relatively unobtrusive. It seems to give me a consistent mileage which is good for keeping an eye on my heart rate. I've had a Garmin Vivosmart for a while, but I like this one much better. The screen is colored and it is easier to start and stop actions on it. There are two things I would like to improve. Two are in the software. One made of iron. 1) It would be nice to be able to see the time while exercising. 2) I would like to see the ability to change the daily calorie goal. I'm trying to burn 1200 calories a day, but I have to manually track my progress toward my goal because the group only allows me to target 500 calories. 3) You really need to improve the real group. The clasp they use for the strap is unreliable. If I'm riding in a chair and the band hits the wheel while it's spinning, it can come off. (This has happened to me a few times.) I bought an aftermarket strap with a watch style loop and velcro that should work, but I think that type of clasp should be standard on the strap. I think it's a great group. It doesn't have GPS, so you'll have to carry your phone around, but if you don't mind it, it's an inexpensive way to track your progress on your fitness journey.
