The wheels keep coming apart. small black discs float around the chair. The piston has to support 220 pounds, but it keeps falling. It's pretty convenient, but if you're a big guy, look elsewhere. First there were shipping issues and they didn't ship all the parts and then when it all comes together it's not a good buy. Wouldn't take more. Update: the wheel is broken, the piston doesn't support me. That's a bad chair. I may need another one, I won't be buying these again. I bought new wheels and pistons almost immediately, but after 4 months it doesn't support me and I've lost weight. This chair is junk.
