Paleo compliant (no soy lecithin). Read the cons before you buy.

**Update** Paleo Compatible, this is one of the few protein powders that is Paleo Compatible. Made with 100% protein, no added soy lecithin, no sugar, no flavors, this powder is exactly what it claims to be. Despite all the advantages, it also has a downside. CONS: Before you convince yourself that this is your product, consider the following points: 1. Egg taste: It tastes a bit like egg, which is not surprising since it contains no artificial flavors. I don't mind the taste at all. If you do, don't buy this powder.2. VERY, and I mean very thick foam: the truth is you have to use a shaker to mix the protein with water; Otherwise, it's a cloudy, gooey substance that you don't need. So using a shaker creates a HUGE amount of foam. There is nothing surprising in this, it is like whipped proteins, it forms foam. This makes it difficult to consume protein in general. You literally have to scoop out the foam to get it. It worries me a little, but not enough to stop me from taking this flavor enhancer. Flatulence. From time to time you have bloating (e.g. when you eat a lot of eggs).4. Not easily diluted (read #2). FOR: Anyway, back to the good. It does not contain soy lecithin, a paleocompatible ingredient. I travel quite a bit and when I need a protein snack, I shake it and have a dose of that protein. He CAN use some improvements, especially in the styrofoam build department. works for me **Update: I noticed that if you drink the protein blend immediately after shaking the powder with a shaker, you should be able to drink the whole thing with no foam/liquid separation issues. This greatly improves my experience with the product.
