This tracksuit is really cute. However, I got it specifically for post surgery wear. It doesn't fit loose enough in the gut for that. I wear a size 12-14 pants, and I got an XL. They fit. No looseness, however they're long. As for the shirt, I wear a 16, and that fits ok, just could be a tad longer. Hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. :) would prefer to be able to buy this in separates, instead of as a "suit."
