Review on ACDelco GM Original Equipment 213-1545 MAP Sensor - Boost Engine Performance by Tommy Rao

Summary AC Delco now ships from China and the product quality sucks! I went straight to my local Chevy dealer and they had the exact same one without the AC Delco logo and with a cheap white sticker on the back so it's not a fake like others have suggested. I have disassembled several GM engines over the last 7 years and all internals say "Made in China". I recently bought this Delco MAP AC sensor and after 500 miles it failed. The engine hummed under load and at high speeds. I've since replaced it with a Borg Warner MAP (not BW capable, just a fact) at my local parts shop. This sensor works perfectly. Really upset about the loss of AC quality and foreign sources, just sad. I was fortunate to be able to find the problem and send it back within 30 days. Too much hassle buying Revain car parts with only a 30 day return policy. No longer.
