I like that it has both audio versions as well as video ones, which is great so you can pick what's best for your audience in terms of learning style or language needs! The topics are very interesting to me since they have been helpful when working with tech support staff at my current job where we help customers remotely fix their computers/mobile devices issues via chat apps (e-mailing them screenshots). It makes things much easier if there isn't an actual person available who knows how something works because this way i don’t need time wasting explanations about why someone did certain actions during troubleshooting process - just point out exactly whats going wrong from screenshot sent over email etc., instead having people come into work every day asking questions while not being able utilize employee resources due lack thereof = lost productivity!!
