I ordered a memory book and 2 sets of tags to celebrate my father's life. The memory book was the only one that arrived. 2 characters were missing. The package that arrived even said "Ivory A4 Memory Book and a Set of Two Signs". Very disappointed because I spent more on this "set" instead of just buying the memory book itself (which is another option).
