Review on Waterproof Zippers Wallet CASSETTE by OneTigris by Matthew Rodenbaugh

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A great replacement for a traditional wallet with a compromise.

I've been looking for a good functional replacement for my traditional wallet for a long time. I started with a minimalist leather wallet that had card slots on the outside and cash in the middle. for a while, but then my cards started breaking due to the bulging of the cash compartment giving me (and I didn't have a big wad of cash). and an external money clip. Well, it sure was, but getting the tickets wasn't easy. Then I found this. Like all Tigris products I have received this one is well made and well designed. There are 3 outside pockets. One with ID window and 2 others. I use one for the two cards I use the most, and the second is good for depositing a few checks (but no more than a few). The inner zipped area has 6 more card slots (I think I use about half) and the space I use for cash. The only downside to my traditional wallet is that I have to stack cash to fit, so you have to take it out to get through. I've worked on this by adding each denomination separately to make it easier to find what I need. Can't speak to the waterproof claims as the worst I've seen was getting wet in a downpour the other day. Everything in this wallet was dry while other things in the same pocket were wet, so definitely waterproof, but waterproofing is a pretty lofty claim.
