True - runs small
Read sizing reviews before buying. This is the worst size I have ever bought, runs very small. Although the skirt is beautiful, you only need to buy two sizes up and steam it because it looks like a crumpled mess stuffed into a small pocket. Also, because of the sizing issue, I bought two, one was red (as suggested) and the other was just skin.
