They spray anything about as viscous as water and maybe a little more (preferably warm olive oil) VERY GOOD! They have a small trigger that comes up from the bottom and keeps the bottle under negative pressure, causing them to spray a very fine mist very evenly. I used to spray plants with it, but lately I carry one filled with medicinal alcohol in my bag and use it to disinfect things. The mist they produce is very fine and spreads well, so they come in handy for making some rubbing alcohol. I don't know what to do with them. But when the liquid turns into fog. Well it works.
