When I took it out of the box it was clearly wrinkled. With the current pandemic I washed it, when it came out it was bad. It was very wrinkled even though I washed it in cold water and tumble dried on low. I left it in the dryer for 10 minutes. I had to spend about 20 minutes ironing it to make it look half deflated. I can't even see the creases through the cradle slats. I expect they will need to be washed every month and I foresee this problem occurring every time.
