The only amazing thing about this shirt is that everyone really buys BS that it it's 100% cotton - it's absolutely not true - it's horrible absorbent scrap of fiber - these shirts are beautiful the first time you put them on hey I fell in love with them too. Very comfortable for the first few walks but once they wear the plastic it starts to take its toll and no matter how many times you wash them as you sweat the smell never comes out. I bought a large one (and returned it) and it was enough for a man carrying an extra 80lbs. I'm 5ft 10" and 180lbs - I would choose M if you're the same size and don't mind those faux shirts. The best option - shirts made of high quality cotton - light fabric. There are several, Banana Republic has one - they also have bad microfiber shirts so be careful. It's also a shame they list it as 100% cotton when it clearly isn't.
