Belt arrived in terrible condition. It looked like it had been rolled up and boxed before the coating had dried and had horrible stains (from the buckle and belt holes). I understand this is a cheap belt but it needs to be better. The only reason I rate it OK is because the company's customer service was great. They refunded our money (shipping included) without returning the belt which we all know is a nuisance. I hope your belt arrives in the best possible condition. Otherwise, you shouldn't have any issues with an exchange or a full refund. Much luck!
