Note 10 doesn't fit

I have a regular Samsung Note 10 case and it doesn't fit in these cases, although the Note is listed as one of the phones it works with. I can't understand why they wouldn't make it a little bigger, I won't take the case off every time I want to use it. Also, the levitating aspect is only blown by air inside one side of the bag, making it feel like you are putting your phone in a bubble. A complete waste of time.
