I use this bag not only for pumps, cups, hoses, bottles, cold packs, etc., but also for work, including my laptop. I love how everything fits perfectly with the headroom. It has many pockets and compartments to keep things separate and tidy. It has a separate compartment on the front that my Medela pump goes in and I keep my Freemie cups in there too. In the car, I simply place the bag on the passenger seat, open the front compartment, plug the pump into the cigarette lighter, and that's it. I pump up on my 30 minute ride and honestly think this bag saves me so much time because I don't have to take anything out of it to use the pump. In addition, it also looks very nice.
