SIZE SAYS 9.5-10 but the drawstring around the ankle/heel was too tight.

The pair we received was a size smaller. My daughter wears a size 9-9.5 shoes and they are a little tight. I want to buy the next size up to size 11. My daughter has slightly wider toes and slightly thicker feet. The fit was snug at the healing and generally at the leg. The seams around the ankles are too tight!

They fit great and my grandson loves them. You are charming.
