Review on Xiaomi Mi Headphones Earphones by Agata Gawlik-Strzele ᠌

There are deviations, in general it is tolerable.

Draw your own conclusions, headphones for 1-2 years with a good design and a very average sound for which you still need to adjust the equalizer, without the possibility of buying consumables or parts for them. Personally, I wanted to buy another pair of headphones for the first time to replace the first shopping mall. I bought the first ones at the start of sales and they cost me 9000 with delivery to Hong Kong from China, and now you can buy half the price in the city, but after the headband began to crumble in the third year of use, I realized that I had to look for something else.

Pros
  • The sound is not bad for the money and of course the design in half with the bundle creates the illusion of a quality thing.
Cons
  • 1) It is required to adjust the equalizer for these headphones, the initial setting is demanding on the source, when listening from the phone it can be difficult to achieve a sane sound (Xiaomi phones have a little easier, there is a profile in the settings for these headphones). 2) Poor-quality and not quite comfortable ear pads, the largest most comfortable ones do not fit well with the headphones themselves, they do not fit into a complete purse, but these are trifles. The line on them began to diverge in the second year of wearing and it is very difficult to hem, it is impossible to buy new ones separately. After the third hemming of large ear pads, I realized that it was no longer possible to repair them and switched to medium ones, and they are much less comfortable for my ears. 3) Leatherette on the headband, in 2022, I’m shocked, on much cheaper headphones, the headband material is either polyurethane ala eco-leather or foam rubber, here high-quality leatherette looks like polyurethane but is not, as a result, after 2 years, the coating begins to decompose and crumble into very nasty little particles. 4) A detachable cable without the ability to replace it with a new one is a very dubious decision. 5) The complete absence of consumables / spare parts for the headphones that were announced at the start of sales, the service life of a standard cable is a year and a half, then you need to either repair it or buy a replacement from headphones from other manufacturers, I had to order a cable with a similar connector in China, ear pads are on sale also not compatible at all.
