Crumpled like aluminum foil, rolled into a ball and unwrapped!
The coat itself is really nice and comfortable BUT the packaging is unacceptable! The coat was sent in a compact vacuum bag which made the packaging very small, but now the new coat looks insanely crumpled. don't go on that look so now i have to fondle it to death! Unsatisfied!
