I liked how quickly we got to connect with our new hires, it helped us make sure everyone was set up correctly before they started at work. The fact that you can see who has seen your message helps ensure nothing gets missed when communicating internally within the organization. We have not had any problems so far but like with all things there are always bugs out there waiting for someone to run into them. It's been easy getting this tool integrated in our daily communication since we realized its benefits early on.
