Review on TSLA Men's Compression Pants: 3/4 Length, Cool Dry Capri Leggings for Running and Yoga by Tay Tran

Pleasant surprise

My goals when buying were: 1) a layer that will keep you warm when exercising in the cold; 2) Compression to relieve and support the muscles. I've never had a pair and didn't know what to expect in terms of compression benefits. So if it just helped keep the outside warm I'd be fine. Also, I know there are compression layers that are way more expensive, so I had low expectations for them. My limbs are longer, the physique of a basketball player. When I want something customized, it's usually too small; If the length is right, it won't fit properly. I bought a BIG one and they fit perfectly. Wednesday would be too small. Even though they fit very well, I can say that if I were taller, they would be ok. Length: The hem is at the base of the head of the calf muscle. It's a real "underwear" so you have to wear something over it. They don't have underwear (which I'm glad about). You can wear tight lingerie or nothing at all and it will be fine either way. The reduction in compression was noticeable in all my muscles, but the quads (strength and running) seemed to benefit the most. Surprisingly, my KNEEs helped a lot! I've had multiple surgeries on both knees and I can't walk the way I want to. With any physical activity or lack of exercise, my knees get cold and numb easily. It was a great help in keeping my knee warm and preventing stiffness. Unintended Advantage! I ran in a low temperature of 40 degrees Fahrenheit and after warming up I felt comfortable. I *hate* running in sweatpants and have always refused to do so. They're great for colder times and I'm sold. Since I can only run 1-2 times a week and not every day, I can't say anything about longevity. But based on utility and price, I'd be happy (and plan to) with a few pairs. 4 stars because the compression could be better.
