Girls are definitely not as alert after having their second child and I've never needed extra support before. To say I'm inexperienced is an understatement. However, they only really seem to work with cup-shaped bras. I was hoping to use them with a bikini top but it definitely doesn't fit. At first I thought I was doing something wrong so out of curiosity I tried it with my regular bra and it worked exactly as advertised. Unfortunately I needed it for a bikini, so I deducted a star. I'm sure if the bikini was cupped it would work, but then I wouldn't need it anyway. In addition, they are really high quality and very well made. For reference, my bra size is 32DDD (with some postpartum snags).
