Very upset. I bought in advance this way so I wouldn't be left without a printer when I really need it (so the return window closed 2 months ago). Today is Christmas Eve, I'm printing a Christmas letter and my printer won't print. General. The "Toner" light will turn on. Replaced by this tonic. Nothing. Don't worry I also bought a drum to make sure I have a printer when I need it. Toner and drum replaced. Nothing. I don't have a printer. I am very unhappy that this supposedly compatible item does not work on my Brother printer. The seller may have sent me the wrong toner/drum. I've bought many compatible devices and this is the first one that doesn't work. From now on I will only buy genuine Brother products. It's better for me to spend more than forego a printer when it matters most. Especially since I plan ahead and can't return an item if it doesn't work. I just lost more money.
