Have used it off and on since 2017 and really like it. Of course, this doesn't replace a visit to a chiropractor or massage therapist, but it definitely reduces their number. There was no spot on my body that I couldn't reach out and insert this suction cup to work on tight spots or muscle spasms. This year, my neck and shoulders caused me problems caused by my daily lifestyle at the computer. A few visits to the chiropractor will clear things up, but if it's late at night and the cramps set in, the cane does its job just as well. . But honestly, just dip it into your body and you'll know when to use it properly because it's going to be good. I will buy again if needed. So far I haven't broken anything, even after a lot of pressure. The only thing that has happened to my thera-leaf is that it shows signs of plastic wear (it has horizontal white marks on it), but construction wise it's still solid and works well.
