Review on 🧵 Tutto 9224TMA Sewing Machine on Wheels Case in Turquoise, 25 x 18.5 x 13 inches by Linda Diaz

The item came with a one page manual that only said where to find the pin. If only it were there, or in one of the many other pockets in the bag! My husband and I have searched it several times but to no avail. I couldn't find a toll free number on the manufacturer's website to get their advice. It looks like a solid, well-built, useful piece, but I can't use it without a handle. Unfortunately I had to go back. Packing and shipping such a large box to the carrier is quite a hassle, so I'm weighing the risks of backordering. I should also mention that the manufacturer should include instructions on how to open and fold the bag. It's a great feature, but my husband and I didn't find it intuitive. If it weren't for these issues, I think the bag deserves kudos.
