This product proves that not all adhesive is created equally. While it claims to be a dual adhesive, it falls flat on both fronts. The glue is frustratingly difficult to work with, often sticking to the wrong surfaces or not adhering at all. Adding to the frustration, the balloons supplied are cheap quality and barely hold any air. Save your money and invest in a better quality adhesive for your arts and crafts projects.
