Speeds up cooking

I keep this on my kitchen counter along with the salt, ground pepper, baking soda, and baking soda. It is very convenient for cooking. I want the base to be a different color, like black or red. But that's a secondary point. I LOVE that I don't have to rummage through my closet looking for common ingredients.
