EDIT: The seller contacted me through Revain. The frame was quickly replaced, for which I am very grateful. I am now getting 5 star ratings and have changed mine accordingly. The frame is easy to use, the touchscreen is amazing, and as I mentioned earlier, the image quality is excellent. Uploading photos was easy and most importantly, my mom loves it. I'm sorry that it took a negative review to resolve this issue, but they resolved the situation quickly and I'm very satisfied. I definitely recommend this frame. EDIT: I downgraded my rating to one star but would put zero if I could. The support team just stopped responding. I sent them a photo and video of the frame error, no communication after that. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this frame as a birthday gift for my 78 year old mom so all the kids can send photos straight into the frame. There are some great features. It was easy to frame the pics (make sure you set them up in the app before submitting to make sure what you want to focus on is centralized and you're not cutting heads), the image quality is great, i really like the size. The downside and why I can't move up in the callback numbers might be that I got a lemon and the touchscreen doesn't work. I loaded 200 images into the frame (they appear and scroll on the display as expected) but the message stays on the screen saying there are new images. I can't get rid of it because the touchscreen function doesn't work. I can't use functions of the frame that depend on the touchscreen (hide pictures, adjust pictures, rearrange gallery, turn on power) because the touchscreen is not responding. I set up the frame on my home wifi system so we can preload images, now I can't get the screen to respond so I can connect it to her home wifi. The whole point was that photos could be sent straight to their picture frames in their home. If it doesn't connect to their network, what's the point? I can only turn it off with the button on the back (which wouldn't be a problem if that was the only problem). I've been back and forth with support for days without a solution (e-mails, clearing from China). They asked for a description of the problem, I sent it. Then they asked for a video so I filmed myself trying to use the touchscreen but it didn't respond. I got the answer "So you can't touch the screen?" It wasn't a cheap frame and I know others had a lot of touch experience so I suspect I got a faulty frame but the support situation was more than annoying - i am now giving my mom a frame with a message in the top left corner that will not go away because i am still walking back and forth with support and i wish she had something to put up in her new place, but I am not satisfied with the current situation. I want to replace the frame as it is obviously defective. The after-sales service process is insufficient and has not been able to solve the problems encountered so far.
