Review on Wireless computer headset Audeze Mobius, Team Carbon by Adam Wawrzyski ᠌

Not worth the money, would not recommend this product.

I will say right away - I passed them, but I have no desire to try the THIRD pair. So, about my misadventures. I originally purchased the carbon version. Everything was perfect (well, except for the fact that the microphone volume control wheel had protruding pieces of plastic and spun with effort - I attributed this to trifles and did not pay attention). And 3d, and high-res sound, and so on - everything was great, until I decided to get up from behind the monitor, when I heard a slight rattle in the right earpiece, something like the rustle of a driver from air pressure. Actually, once I heard it, I couldn't stop hearing it completely. Sitting at the computer to hear this, perhaps, is unrealistic, and on a walk or in transport even from steps . In general, they were replaced for me, due to the lack of the same ones, they brought copper. Well, ok, I, impressed by the sound, decided not to pay attention to the color of the headphones. But the situation was even worse for coppers - after a while I noticed an imbalance in the sound in the headphones and decided to listen to the sounds frequency-by-frequency in stereo mode. When listening to frequencies from 70 hertz to 20, the left earpiece naturally produced a slight crackle of the driver . That's why I decided that I don't want to experiment with this product anymore. For 35 thousand there should be at least some basic understanding of quality. Due to the very good reputation of the manufacturer, I think this is either my total bad luck, or the manufacturer's absolute neglect of the Mobius series. Perhaps due to the rush to enter the market, since this product (absolutely similar) will be supplied cheaper on behalf of HyperX - the Orbit S model. By the way, they are made in China, unlike other Audis .

Pros
  • - Amazing sound quality - the best I've heard in headphones, perhaps. - Very good implementation of 7.1 and 3d effect. - The versatility of the headphones due to the built-in DAC - there is a connection and 3.5mm (keep in mind that the headphones do not work in passive mode), and Bluetooth, and USB. - Delivery set - all necessary wires, soft carrying case.
Cons
  • - Build quality (I'll tell you in the comments); - Constant light background noise. As they explained to me - a feature of active headphones. - Not the most comfortable headband. In my opinion. The headphones are not the lightest and after an hour they begin to put pressure on the crown.
