Very strong smell, doesn't cure in UV light

I left it under a UV lamp for hours, it is stick tacky, or outright sticky. I tried washing it with alcohol and water (separately) and then placing it under the lamp another few hours.Maybe I'm doing something wrong. On the bright side, it is easy enough to pour, not quite self-leveling like other resins, but I'm not great at using those either.
